One of the most important things to remember as we approach election day is that in 2020 our election institutions held, despite unprecedented threats, and they’ve been reinforced since.
Much of that reinforcement comes from the Electoral Count Reform Act, the critically important bipartisan legislation passed by Congress in December 2022.
