Election Reformers Network Mourns the Passing of our Friend and Board Member Lindsay Lloyd
Election Reformers Network joins with democracy activists domestically and abroad in mourning the death of W. Lindsay Lloyd, a lifelong advocate for democracy and freedom. After a distinguished career in D.C. as a staff member of the U.S. House of Representatives and working on political campaigns, Lindsay spent 16 years with the International Republican Institute, where he led many important, successful efforts in support of democracy in Eastern and Central Europe. Since 2011, he has managed efforts to strengthen and energize democracy and human rights efforts at the George W. Bush Institute.
Lindsay was a valued member of the Election Reformers Network board of directors, to which he brought his good judgment, vast experience, and own perspective. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and fellow activists inspired and assisted by his significant contributions to democracy in the U.S. and around the world.
